The company has put into place a variety of personal development plans that are relevant to employee needs and regularly organises training sessions to update their skills.
Training sessions include both internal and external learning options. Employees are also trained on behalf of the company to remain up-to-date with certifications as required by their job, whether it is a technical or a subject specific qualification.
With many of our team being non office-based, computer literacy may not be a key skill but it’s one that we think is valuable. All employees are therefore trained to be proficient in Microsoft Office, using the internet and email.
