Safety
At Byrne, we plan for success! On an annual basis, we set strategic objectives, key performance indicators and key deliverables in the area of HSE. We strive to deliver world class HSE performance based on a culture of openness, teamwork and sharing, with our activities focused on proactive improvements. The Health and Safety of everyone works for us is critical to the success of our business. It is our shared belief that all incident are preventable, injures should not occur and everyone should go home safely. Byrne is currently reviewing its Health and Safety Management System to meet the requirements of and gain accreditation to ISO 45001:2018.
Customers are invited to give feedback on the safety aspects of our equipment, processes and/or staff.
Environment
Byrne recognises that the very nature of our business activities will have an impact on the environment, directly through the conduct of our operations and indirectly through the services we provide to our customers. Protection of our environment is one of the cornerstones of our operating philosophy and our policy is to strive to achieve continual improvement in the environmental performance. Our ISO14001:2015 accredited Environmental Management System enables us to monitor and effectively minimise our environmental impact.
Quality
As a client focused company, we at Byrne believe in the highest standards of quality and strive to exceed the requirements and expectations of our clients. We believe that differentiation is achieved through operational excellence and this can be executed by always delivering reliable products and services.
In order to achieve this, we are ISO 9001:2015 accredited by Bureau Veritas which ensures that our products and services are safe, reliable and of good quality. These values are integral to us at Byrne and we have the necessary quality assurance plan in place to adhere to these. This involves thorough training programs for all employees at Byrne, quality control standards and checklists for equipment and services, as well as an effective procurement system to ensure quality resources are obtained from trusted suppliers.
