Power Generation

The Thermo-King SG-3000 is an electric generator which is mounted on the side of a refrigerated container to supply electrical power during transportation, or at final location.

Well known for high efficiency, the clean yet powerful diesel engine provides a reliable and economical source of energy.

Meeting the toughest environmental regulations, it offers a reliable source of electric power with low emissions, no matter how high the ambient temperature or how sensitive the cargo product.

The clip-on genset can be used for both DNV 2.7-1 and ISO/CSC reefer containers.

Our rental fleet includes self-bunded tanks suitable for the storage and dispensing of bulk diesel, bulk lubricants, packaged lubricants and bulk waste oil.

Bunded fuel tanks are available from 200 gallons – 6,​000 gallons.

Eco tanks are environmentally friendly as are double bunded to prevent any fuel from escaping, resulting in no product coming into contact with the ground.

Fleet Refueling

We have partnered with PETRO Industrial who provide commercial hydrocarbon storage and dispensing equipment.

iPETRO is a cloud based fluid management service. It works with electronic fluids management and automatic tank gauging equipment to provide live access to fuel dispensing transactions and tank contents. No matter where you are, at any time you can access up to the minute details of your site facility at the click of a button.

Our rental generators range in size from 20kVA to 1650kVA and have the capability to scale up to multi-megawatt power plants.

Available for a variety of environments, our power generation equipment can be adapted to meet your needs and is available for short or long term hire.

Power Packages

Batteries

Lead Crystal® batteries are up to 99% recyclable with less acid, no cadmium, and no antimony providing a cleaner and safe solution. The performance of the batteries is robust, resilient and high performing which can be discharged deeper, cycles more often (also in extreme temperatures)
and have a longer service life.

Management System

Rectifiers

The rectifier solution is sized to supply power to the connected end user load and simultaneously fast charge the internal battery pack in temperatures of up to +65°C.

If you currently own a fleet of mechanical plant, we are able to offer you a hybrid solution while you phase out your existing fleet. The solution is a standalone package that consolidates all your current power requirement into a single serviced manageable solution; reducing your Opex while removing your CapEx.

A ‘one stop shop’ for your temporary power needs, we can provide a complete turnkey power generation package.

We supply step-up and step-down transformers at various voltages and sizes:

– Low voltage transformer with taps starting from 110V, 230V, 440V, 460V, 480V, 600V, 660V, 690V at 50/60HZ, and sizes up to 6MVA.
– Medium voltage transformers at 3300V, 6600V, 11000V, 13800V, 3300V at 50/60HZ up to 6.3MVA.
– Single phase transformers for small electrical tools and events, including sockets and plug connections.
– Available with transformers are low voltage switchgear up to 690V , and medium voltage switchgear up to 33000V.
– Ring main switches (RMU) up to 11000V and 630A capacity.
