Air & Steam

We offer a range of portable steam boilers for rent that deliver up to 5 tonnes of steam per hour at 9 bar.

A higher volume of steam (up to 30 tonnes per hour) at the same pressure can be achieved by combining multiple units via a steam manifold.

Each boiler is supplied either trailer or skid-mounted with independent water tank, fuel tank, water softening system and power pack.

Consisting of three pass boilers, the first pass consists of a furnace tube designed to give flexibility under the most arduous operating conditions. The second and third passes consist of two nests of small bore smoke tubes.

The combustion chamber is of the wet back type fitted inside the boiler, and is completely surrounded by water giving valuable radiant heat transfer surface to the unit.

The gas exit from the boiler can be taken from the top or back of the rear smokebox as may be dictated by site conditions.

Welded construction throughout and designed to BSS 2790 and AOTC rules, the boiler is X-rayed and stress relieved as required for Class 1 fusion welded pressure vessels. The boiler is suitable for oil or gas fuel and can be fitted with oil, gas or combined gas and oil burner.

Our robust compressors range from 85 CFM – 1150 CFM. Features include:

– Wheel or skid mounted units for enhanced mobility
– Coupling of units for increased air delivery
– Conversion for zone 2 use (spark arrestor, chalwyn valve and battery isolation switch)
– 20 metre air hose included (extra hose available if needed)
– Fitted with lifting hook (MPI certified)

Heatless regenerative desiccant dryers have a standard rated capacity up to 1750 SCFM at 100 PSIG and maximum allowed pressure up to 175 PSIG.

Standard features:

– Built-in after cooler to reduce compressed air temperature at inlet of dryer with air driven fan motor
– 115V AC supply with a selector switch between 115V AC and 24V DC
– Nema 4 electrics
– Stainless steel control tubing
– Liquid filled pressure gauges
– Pre and after filters with solenoid drain on pre-filter
– Oilfield drag-able skid
– Roll on cage with four lifting bails
– Built-in inline carbon filter

Performance at in the following conditions:

– Design ambient temperature: 45 degrees Celsius (113 degrees Fahrenheit)
– Approach temperature: 121 degrees Celsius (250 degrees Fahrenheit)

Our 100% oil-free air compressors are versatile, user-friendly and suitable for oil & gas, marine, engineering, petrochemical and construction industries.

Standard features include: air-cooled package, noise attenuated enclosure, low engine emissions, sequencing capabilities, electronic fuel system, integrated control systems, fully automated controls, external user connections, and remote fueling connections.

Rated capacity: 1550 CFM at 125 psig

Along with desiccant air dryers which have a standard rated capacity of 1750 SCFM at 100 PSIG and maximum allowed pressure of 175 PSIG (and when used in conjunction with oil free compressors, can give 175 to 2100 CFM of dry air at -40 degrees C dew point), services include:

– Wheel or skid mounted units for enhanced mobility
– Coupling of units for increased air delivery
– Conversion for zone 2 use (spark arrestor, chalwyn valve and battery isolation switch)
– 20 metre air hose incuded (extra hose available if needed)
– Fitted with lifting hook (MPI certified)

Used in conjunction with our air compressors to provide a large volume of high-pressure air to a single or multiple blast pots.

Blast pots are pressurised, tank-like containers, filled with abrasive material, used to allow an adjustable amount of blasting grit into the main blasting line.
